Code of Conduct Against the Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents (ESNNA)

CULTURAS PERÚ TRAVEL AND SERVICES is a travel agency dedicated to upholding the highest standards of ethics, social responsibility, and human protection. We strongly oppose any actions that jeopardize or compromise the safety, dignity, physical, and emotional well-being of girls, boys, and adolescents.

We strictly adhere to Peruvian Law No. 29408 — General Tourism Law, its regulations, and all related supplementary regulations concerning the Prevention of Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents in Travel and Tourism (ESNNA).

Our Non-Negotiable Commitment

At CULTURAS PERÚ TRAVEL AND SERVICES:

We do NOT promote, tolerate, or allow the sexual exploitation of children and adolescents in any form.

We do NOT permit our services, facilities, itineraries, or digital channels to be used for illegal acts. 

 We ensure that all staff, suppliers, and contracted tourism personnel understand, respect, and follow this Code of Conduct.

If any suspicious situation or risk concerning minors is identified, our agency will act promptly and notify the appropriate authorities as required by current law.

Responsibility in Tourism

We understand that tourism should promote the protection of life, culture, education, and well-being. Therefore:

• Our team receives orientation and guidance on ESNNA prevention.
• We maintain clear and direct communication channels to report incidents.
• We select suppliers and collaborators that adhere to principles of child protection.

Zero Tolerance Policy

Any staff member, traveler, supplier or collaborator who is involved, promotes, or shows intent to engage in inappropriate conduct with minors will be:

• Immediately removed from the service or project.
• Reported to the appropriate authorities

There are no exceptions.

If you see any situation that might endanger a minor, please report it immediately to:
